Watch Seether cover Flyleaf’s “I’m So Sick” with Lacey Sturm

Flyleaf’s comeback tour partners Seether and Lacey Sturm had a reunion of sorts over the weekend (April 30). Sturm joined Seether onstage in Reading, Pennsylvania at Santander Arena for a rendition of Flyleaf’s song “I’m So Sick.” Check out the moment below from a decent crowd video.

Seether guitarist/vocalist Shaun Morgan introduced the performance with a bit of personal history. “We’ve known this person for a really long time,” he began, adding, “She’s one of my all-time favorite singers. So we were like, ‘Hey, let’s do that song you had l ‘used to do.’ And she’s gonna play with us tonight. I might just screw it up, ’cause it’s always on me if anything goes wrong. But please make some noise for Lacey Sturm!”

Seether and Flyleaf traveled quite a bit together during the first decade of the 2000s. Sturm left Flyleaf in 2012 to focus on his family. She has since released music with her husband, Kairos’ Josh Sturm, and others on her own. His latest single released last December entitled “Awaken Love”. She has three sons with Josh.

Seether is currently in the middle of a tour that runs through the majority of May. See all their dates and get ticketing information here.
